How does the First Time Buyer's Program Work?

Do you have a full service department at the dealership?

Yes, we have 5 full-time technicians with over 65 years experience

Do you register the vehicle and include a safety inspection sticker?

Yes, we do register the vehicles for our customers and we also sticker the vehicle. If a customer is trading in a vehicle using the same plates then the customer goes directly to the Inspection Station

How long does it take to take delivery of my new vehicle?

The average turnaround time to take delivery of your new vehicle usually takes 4 business days

What is your Documentation Fee?

Our standard Documentation Fee is $499, one of the lowest in the industry

Do you offer extended warranties?

Yes, we do offer very affordable extended service contracts for up to 5 years or additional 100,000 miles

Do you offer loaner cars?

Yes, we do offer free loaner cars as they are available

Can I take a vehicle I am interested in buying to my own mechanic for his inspection?

Yes, we do allow customers to take the vehicle to a local mechanic within a 15 mile radius (there are exceptions) from our location. Sullivan Tire, 2 miles north of us, does used vehicle inspections at a very fair price

Do you have $0 down financing?

Yes, we do offer $0 down financing for qualified buyers

Do you do out of state financing?

Yes, we do to all 50 states

If I pay cash for a vehicle with a Massachusetts registration, how long does it take to receive the title?

The Massachusetts RMV will mail the registration to you in 6 to 8 weeks

Do you sell vehicles outside of the New England area?

We reserve the right to sell our vehicles in the New England region only based upon strict Massachusetts Lemon Law regulations. Specialty and classic cars may differ on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us with any questions. Thank you

How many keys do you provide with each purchase vehicle?

We supply one working key and remote with every vehicle

Credit Card Payments

For security and processing limits, the maximum amount that can be paid by credit card is $1,000. Any remaining balance must be completed using cash or a certified check.
